Are you ready to put your classroom experience into action? Vanguard’s College to Corporate Internship Program as part of the broader Data & Analytics Advanced Development Programs is an immersive, hands-on training experience at one of the world’s leading investment firms! It allows you the opportunity to get real-world experience and mentorship from leaders and work alongside data analysts while you broaden your skillset. You’ll receive exposure to data and analytics at Vanguard and positively impact our thirty million clients through exciting assignments. Make it count!

In this internship you will

Participate in critical projects distilling sophisticated data to uncover insights to drive business decisions.

• Support achieving client outcomes and giving our investors the best chance at investment success
• Gain hands-on experience in driving insights for our various business lines to improve outcomes
• Share your insights and drive outcomes individually and in collaborative, encouraging environments
• Build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders and peers
• Meet regularly with your department manager and internship program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship

What it takes

• In pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in data and analytics, statistics, math, computer science, or related technical subject matter required
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred
• Proven leadership skills and/or leadership aspirations
• Effective analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a team-oriented environment
