Position Purpose: The Small Group New Sales team serves the Sales force by providing comprehensive support in all aspects of broker/General Agent management and communications. The Small Group New Sales team provides a wide spectrum of support and services such as responding to E-Mail communications, assisting with new sale application statuses, quoting benefits and rates, provider searches and web support etc.
Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance.
Answers and responds to incoming calls and emails from active and prospective brokerage firms, Producers, General Agents, Employer Groups and Health Net Sales Associates
Assists in developing and maintaining training materials to aid the team or to train new agents to the team.
Educates brokers on use of Sales materials and fulfills supply orders following department and company guidelines.
Maintains relevant files and legal documentation.
Coordinates miscellaneous projects including broker meetings, Sales contests, litigation research, etc.
Provide quarterly and annual documentation updates to Health Net’s General Agent quoting partners.
Maintain accurate Broker and General Agent Salesforce contact information.
Support Account Executives, Sales Assistants, and Leadership with Broker and General Agent needs in order to increase sales and market engagement.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience: High School diploma.1+ year of customer service or health insurance industry experience.
License/Certification: DOI Life Agent license within 120 days of hire.
