The Digital Product Owner will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital products by collaborating with various product managers to intake and prioritize work for upcoming Program Increments (PIs). This individual will lead a scrum team in grooming features and creating user stories for effective delivery, while ensuring that proper metrics tracking is implemented where applicable.

Key responsibilities include managing essential ceremonies such as sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives, while also serving as a scrum master to identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress. The Digital Product Owner will ensure that the needs and expectations of internal product stakeholders are met, promoting transparency through effective communication within the SAFe/SCRUM framework.

Leveraging expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends, the Digital Product Owner will help shape digital products that align with customer needs and expectations, ultimately driving product success.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience
• Adept at problem solving and decision making skills 
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork 
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills 
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills 

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.   

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $166,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
