Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $16.63 - $24.90/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

The Dispatcher I is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of audit activities, as well as maintaining audit-related systems. This role ensures all audit work is efficiently dispatched and completed in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs). The Dispatcher I delivers exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while driving operational efficiency and supporting company objectives.

This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization and contribute to process improvements and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all audit activities for assigned clients, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Monitor and oversee dispatched audit work to maintain efficiency and accuracy
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a subject matter expert on audit systems and workflows
  • Train and guide team members on best practices and operational procedures
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues proactively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address service concerns and improve processes
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Take ownership of tasks and ensure completion in a timely manner
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in developing new operational strategies
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
  • Assigned a region and responsible for coordinating and scheduling all audits within designated region(s) to ensure timely completion and SLA compliance

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, dispatch, or operations coordination required
  • Experience with data analysis and workflow management preferred

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
