Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist processes and pays the company’s payables and expense reports. 

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Invoice coding and data entry.

  • Expense report auditing and processing

  • Weekly check runs.

  • Vendor and manager relations.

  • Payables research.

  • Excel spreadsheet imports.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.

  • 1 year related experience.

Preferred:

  • Certificate from College or Technical School

Physical Requirements:

Standard Office Environment.

More than 50% of the time:

  • Sit, stand, walk.

  • Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs.

  • See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.

Less than 50% of the time:

  • Stoop, kneel or crawl.

  • Climb and balance.

  • Carry and lift 10-20 lbs.
