What you will do:

You will be responsible for supporting corporate functions for the region. You will serve as the primary point of contact for function leaders within the organization, providing strategic HR consulting and critical business support. You will involves strategic planning, talent management, employee relations, and collaboration with functional leaders to drive organizational success.

How will you do it:

Work closely with the APAC function leaders to understand the function needs, current and future challenges and then translate it into specific HR strategy and action plans.

Monitor HR projects to ensure they can support function needs. Balance the need of global and regional direction, also align with organizational objectives.

Develop proactive HR strategies to support the corporate functions in terms of leadership talent pipeline, key talent retention and development, and other HR issues for APAC corporate functions

Identify critical positions and develop succession strategies for those positions. Identify high potential and critical talents for development. Recommend and implement developmental assignments for selected talents.  Link with company overall HR and succession planning activity to share and develop high potential and critical employees.

Planning, monitoring and reporting on workforce and productivity

Identifying training needs for functions or teams

Leading by consensus, a strong coach and mentor in the organization, a partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services and other HRBP

What are we looking for:

Bachelor’s degree, post graduate training in Human Resources or Management a plus Experience in regional HQ as the HRBP is highly preferred Good knowledge of HR across the APAC region, specifically  China, and good understanding of Global Human Resource practices Strong capabilities to Grow Talent – Build strong diverse teams and leaders. Ability to assess, attract, develop and engage talent Familiar and comfortable with the working model in a matrix organization Effectively communicate in a global organization at all levels Strong command of English and Chinese
