Your Responsibilities:
• Supports the implementation and local execution of HR programs by coordinating onboarding, recruitment activities, performance management cycles, compensation processes and employee engagement initiatives in alignment with global and regional HR guidelines.
• Serves as a first‑line HR contact for managers and employees, independently providing guidance on policies, leave processes, and routine HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support.
• Coordinates with Shared Services and HR Centers of Excellence, overseeing accurate and compliant execution of Workday transactions, HR documentation, payroll‑related inputs, contracts, and benefits queries.
• Independently manages HR administrative processes across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, maintenance of employee records, and adherence to internal controls and legal requirements.
• Ensures accuracy and maintenance of organizational and employee data in Workday, acting as a local superuser by promoting system adoption, supporting end‑users, identifying enhancements, and liaising with global support teams when required.
• Monitors HR service delivery and promotes the effective use of HR ticketing systems, ensuring streamlined support and efficient resolution of employee and manager requests.
• Supports employee relations topics by gathering information, documenting cases, addressing routine concerns, and escalating complex or sensitive cases to the Senior Country HR Partner or Regional HRBP when needed.
• Participates in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing insights from local operations, supporting the implementation of new processes, and ensuring alignment with global HR frameworks.
• Ensures compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR standards, staying informed of regulatory developments and adapting HR processes accordingly.
• Facilitates regular and ad hoc HR communication, ensuring consistent information flow between the country team, regional partners, Shared Services, and other HR stakeholders.
Your Profile:
• You have at least 5 years of hands‑on experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles, with strong understanding of local labor law and HR processes.
• You work in a structured and organized way, managing high‑volume operational tasks accurately and on time.
• You are proficient in Workday or another HRIS system and feel comfortable guiding end‑users and maintaining data quality.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with managers and employees, offering reliable first‑line HR support.
• You are proactive, solution‑oriented and open to working in a regional, multi‑country HR setup.
