Job Category

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Banking team as an Integrations Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless integration and success of new publishers within our media network. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and a deep understanding of compliance standards in the digital media landscape.
 
 
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to understand the needs and goals of new publishers joining our network.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new publishers, ensuring a smooth transition from signing the contract to full integration.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our platform, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Provide thorough compliance overviews, educating publishers on industry regulations, best practices, and our internal guidelines.
  • Customize onboarding experiences based on the unique requirements of each publisher, tailoring the process to their specific goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for new publishers during the ramp-up phase, addressing any technical issues, concerns, or inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful setup, integration, and launch of publishers’ campaigns.
  • Monitor the performance and progress of newly onboarded publishers, offering guidance and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, resources, and training materials to facilitate efficient and effective onboarding processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, compliance changes, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the onboarding process.
  • Support the Credit Cards vertical as needed with publisher integration support, technical assistance, compliance tracking, and other marketing operations responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in digital media, advertising, or technology.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including ad networks, programmatic advertising, and content monetization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and standards within the digital advertising industry.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Technical proficiency to understand and troubleshoot integration issues, working collaboratively with technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to ensuring the success of our publishers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, project management platforms, and other relevant software.

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $85,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.

Flexibility for occasional travel to different offices or events is essential to fulfill the duties of this role. This may include attending meetings, conferences, or training sessions, as well as collaborating with team members or partners in various locations.
