Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and processing patient records efficiently.
  • Assist with client communication and provide support to the veterinary team.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and friendly work atmosphere.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a busy front desk with ease.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to help out where needed.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Experience in animal care or veterinary practice (preferred, but not required).

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time (Saturdays required)
  • Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Expected Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
