Position Summary
We are recruiting to fill a critical leadership position on a newly formed Network Platform Solutions team. The role will have responsibility for a team dedicated to operating, optimizing, and modernizing the technology and capabilities that power network contracting and pricing functions. The leader will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize business needs, develop a strategic roadmap, and implement solutions that position the organization for success. This role will be required to draw on agile and other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure delivery of scalable solutions that drive material impact to our operations.
*Hybrid position with three days in the office, Hartford location preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership by serving as the business product owner of our provider contracting and pricing technology assets owning the technology strategy to advance our processes and capabilities.
Ensure operational excellence through adherence to SLAs and Key Performance Indicators are met, mange ad-hoc requests, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor a high performing team fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration.
Promote a platform mindset through continuous improvement methodologies to implement new platform capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure project delivery rigor.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and integrate new technologies to drive innovation and value for the business.
Provide cross functional leadership by working with IT, business, and other stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of new capabilities while also collaborating with peers to ensure alignment across the broader platform strategies and capabilities.
Provide change management rigor to ensure smooth transitions for end users while implementing new capabilities and workflow enhancements.
Skills:
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute roadmaps against business priorities using strategic planning and management methodologies such as OKRs.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance competing priorities.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in platform management and or technology strategy leadership roles
Proven success managing large scale cross functional technology platforms or products, preferably in the healthcare space.
Experience leading teams using continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience working in agile and hybrid environments.
Preferred:
Experience or familiarity with provider contracting.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
