Summary of Responsibilities:
We are looking for a People Services Program Manager, responsible for people operations and support, to drive the continued maintenance and optimization of our compliance-driven access governance program and process components in alignment with the People Services vision and strategy. The People Services team connects people to purpose, working to improve and maintain compliant, efficient people processes and policies to mitigate risk and support resource needs.
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for compliance-driven access governance, policies and procedures, technology utilization, compliance training assignment and coordination, on- and off-boarding for employees and contingent workers (CW), and internal/external stakeholder management for people operations needs. You will also partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance and access governance requirements are met for resource provisioning and improve people operations processes.
What we’re looking for:
• Education/experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years’ experience in human resources, people operations, compliance, or related project/program management
• Project/Program Management: Ability to effectively manage and execute projects through strong organizational skills with minimal direction and supervision.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across various departments
• Process Optimization: Experience optimizing people-related policies, processes and procedures
• Compliance Experience: Ability to manage and optimize a regulatory compliance-driven program
• Adaptability: Ability to learn and understand program technologies, integrations and impact, with a preference for experience in Workday or similar systems.
• Organizational Skills: Strong task management, prioritization, and follow-through
• Customer Service Orientation: Ability to manage and exceed internal and external customer and stakeholder expectations at various levels
• Analytical Skills: Ability to identify trends and patterns to support decision-making
• Communication: Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Curiosity: Confidence to ask questions and ability to influence change, as necessary
• Influence: Proven ability to make and lead change
• Confidentiality: Exercise discretion with sensitive information
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and management
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
