Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will be a key leader in our in-house creative team. Responsible for leading the production design team that services brand marketing, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale, this role will bring key seasonal campaigns, stories, and promotions to life across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital design across various platforms and mediums, including our website, email campaigns, paid media, mobile initiatives, online product videos, point-of-sale, and interactive displays.
We are looking for a hands-on leader capable of driving excellence in a fast-paced go-to-market environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent process and communications skills to complement their broad array of design skills. This role will represent a critical bridge between our campaign development team and our digital marketing team, translating key art, photography selects, video assets, and other campaign elements into consumer-facing experiences, tactics, and deliverables.
The right candidate will have a love affair with layout design, performance marketing, and process innovation. While primarily a hands-on design role, we’re looking for a capable leader who can continue building, managing, and mentoring a small but growing team of graphic designers, digital designers, and copywriters.
