Job Description:

Overall purpose of job:

·       Drive business efficiency and sales effectiveness through analytics and innovative mindset on process improvement

·       Drive Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) through insight generation with integrated data source and analytics to enhance targeted sales capabilities building

·       Optimize business operation and insight generation by managing multiple systems, data foundation and performance dashboards

Essential duties and responsibilities:

·       Lead and deliver SFE analytics on in-market sales performance, sales activities, sales KPIs, target & resource allocation, incentive payout with recommendation and execution on improvement plan

·       Drive SFE performance by insight generation and capabilities building with mindset shaping on SFE analytics

·       Manage and enhance internal systems (JIMS, iConnect, iDiscover, Veeva) and performance dashboard (VVIN)

·       Data management, mapping and manipulation from input to output

·       Partner with BU for sales capabilities needs understanding and development and ensure optimal sales force deployment

·       Enhance sales motivation with effective rewarding system – incentive plan recommendation & Sales Excellence Award design and execution

·       Support sales operation, manage SFE affairs such as target setting and incentive payout and enhance operation efficiency with streamline process

·       Support N. Asia CE/ SFE/ Insight initiatives to enhance synergy and effectiveness
