As a Senior Product Development and Sourcing Manager, you’ll take the reins on Member’s Mark development, driving innovation and maintaining a laser focus on quality to fuel profitable growth. We’re looking for someone with Sushi and Prepared Foods experience to bring a fresh perspective and creativity to our offerings!

You’ll be at the forefront of building robust partnerships with suppliers, leveraging your deep understanding of both supplier and customer needs to shape the future of our business. Your success in this role will hinge on your tenacity, member-first mindset, and competitive edge.

This role will be based out of our home office location in Bentonville, Arkansas. Please note that this role will not support immigration-related employment benefits such as H-1B, TN, L-1, or STEM Extension.

Our Private Brand / Member’s Mark at Sam’s Club is a critical factor of why our members both join and renew their memberships. You’ll be responsible and be the point of contact for all product development decisions across Member’s Mark. You’ll be responsible for growing Member’s Mark sales with emphasis on quality and customer experience for the Member’s Mark business online and in-store to increase loyalty and conversion with the customer. You’ll be responsible to work with cross functional team member’s including Merchants, Sourcing, Quality and our brand team.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Collaborating with suppliers and the Quality team to ensure precise product specifications while addressing member complaints effectively.
  • Overseeing the development of Member’s Mark products by fostering strong communication with business partners, including Brand Management, Quality, Suppliers, and Sourcing.
  • Establishing and nurturing high-visibility supplier relationships.
  • Crafting and executing strategic objectives to enhance the Member’s Mark brand through innovative food item development within the category.
  • Continuously seeking out creative ideas to drive business improvements, innovation, and elevate the customer experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
