Overview:

As a Test Lead - SAP Plant Maintenance / EAM at Accenture, you will lead a team of quality engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions across the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires advanced proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and recommended expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) for EAM. You will foster a culture of quality, mentor team members, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and ensure quality across the application lifecycle. 

• Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes, methodologies, and innovative approaches. 

• Define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. 

• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and provide guidance on SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) for EAM. 

• Foster a culture of quality by mentoring team members and promoting best practices in testing. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and quality standards. 

• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in testing processes. 

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness. 

• Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams. 

• Ensure alignment with business and functional requirements to deliver high-quality outcomes. 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Minimum of [10 years] of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP EAM. 
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). 
• Strong understanding of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) for EAM and its integration with other SAP modules. 
• Proven experience in developing and implementing testing strategies and quality assurance processes. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions. 
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
• Experience in defining and implementing key metrics to manage and assess testing processes. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Master’s degree in a related field. 

Certifications in SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP EAM, or related areas. 

Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). 

Familiarity with data analytics tools to identify trends and optimize testing processes. 

Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality.
