Job Summary

The Store Support Specialist  is responsible for driving store efficiency across all company owned stores. This role completes store administration tasks that drive efficiency and productivity in stores, ensuring admin tasks are not unnecessarily imposed at store level. This role will measure and report on operational compliance to key business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures and management tools.
  • Identify implementation and compliance gaps at store, region and division level.
  • Measure and report all key compliance metrics.
  • Complete a wide array of administrative tasks that support store efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Operational Excellence:  Ensures consistent execution of operational standards to maximize store performance and efficiency.
  • Strong administration abilities ideally derived in a fast paced multi-unit operation.
  • Proficiency in operational tools, inventory management systems, and reporting software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, requiring attention to detail.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

  • Office working environment.
