We are looking for a motivated and data-driven business analyst to join our growing Distribution Strategy & Planning team within EMEA Distribution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, within a high-performing function, providing critical business insights that support strategic decision-making.

As part of our expanding team, you will deliver management information (MI), reporting, research, competitor analysis, and project work, all aimed at enhancing our Distribution strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver data-driven insights, MI, and reporting to support the Distribution leadership team’s understanding of sales and business performance.
  • Develop and maintain presentation materials and reporting packs for formal committees and boards.
  • Support pipeline meetings, including preparation, tracking key actions, and managing follow-ups.
  • Assist in the quarterly Business Line Review process across different channels and countries, ensuring action tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute to pricing committee papers, including data input and periodic trend analysis.
  • Conduct ad-hoc research and support the wider Strategy & Planning team, such as building business cases, capturing market feedback, competitor analysis, and analysing internal and external sales trends.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Preferred: an understanding of Asset Management and Distribution functions.
  • Passion for learning and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create high quality reports and presentations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • A self-starter, able to work independently while maintaining high-quality output.
  • A logical, methodical approach with high attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior management and building relationships across functions and geographies.
