Key Responsibilities
- The Application MES Consultant is responsible to work with MES deployment team, Service team, TPS team, MES GPM , MES Engineering team, Sales and pre-sales team members to conduct CIM/MES deployment for customers. A principal activity of this position is to apply deployment of CIM/MES components and lead team members to develop the MES & integrate with other CIM products to resolve customer manufacturing requirements. Other responsibilities include involvement in pre-sales product consultation as well as providing consulting on product to domain mapping to other departments and implementation teams through high involvement in the SOW and commitment schedule
- Interfaces with the customer regarding technical requirements analysis and schedule
- Define/approve Product application support plans for installation
- Create & Lead new methodologies in order to optimized system performance for specific application
- Analysis, Develop and Transfer new application capabilities in the system envelope from product division to customer application support team
- Lead customer Technical review meetings
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support MES Engineering and Service team on product life cycle, include user requirement alignment of design, QA, and testing
- Conduct MES deployment projects with function enhancement to achieve customer requirement.
- Organize meetings to implement all phases of project lifecycle (requirement collection, specification, development and testing, delivery and sign-off).
- Align solutions for customer requirements through the application of MES & EAP. This includes analyzing and understanding customer manufacturing issues and requirements, understanding the customer environment and documenting its processes and procedures, mapping the processes and procedures on CIM components and interfacing with software engineers on MES application functionality and operation. It also includes determining the requirements for functionality required beyond the standard product offering
- Conduct pre-sales presentations to customers describing Products
- Document all issues in appropriate on-line tracking tools
- Participate in documentation reviews as appropriate
- Participate in on-going training to customers for sales and marketing issues
- Keep up to date on new technologies and new products by attending classes, seminars, conferences, and/or presentations
- Perform work according to department and/or company quality standards

Special Requirements:
- Computer, Electronics & Industry bachelor’s degree or with Information system background
- A minimum of 5 years experience in configuring an MES system in a production of Semiconductor, Semiconductor backend (advanced packaging or traditional packaging) Battery & Solar environment
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing systems as FAB300, WorkStream, Promis, Factoryworks or SiView or the wafer fabrication or back-end site
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design
- Software development experience: 3 years (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
