What you will do-

As a Marketing Coordinator for Mako and Enabling Technologies (MET) at Stryker, you will perform a variety of tasks involved with event coordination and logistics, onsite support and cross-functional collaboration, as well as marketing operational support. In this function, you will:

  • Plan and execute events for customer visits such as surgeon consultant visits, training labs, and VOC (Voice of Customer) events at MET sites
  • Manage HCP (Health Care Professional) travel and lodging needs for customer visits, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Support onsite and virtual customer events to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
  • Coordinate event logistics including attendance management, communications, catering requests, hotel blocking, travel booking, and expense reconciliation
  • Maintain event materials such as building signage, event agendas, and internal documentation aligned with company brand standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, and Medical Education, to deliver cohesive customer experiences
  • Prepare communication content to provide meeting support assistance as assigned
  • Maintain detailed record of information in fast-paced environment, and exercise discretion and professionalism in operations and communications across the business

What you need

Required

  • At least 2 years of professional work experience
  • High school diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 15 pounds

Preferred

  • 3 or more years of experience with marketing, event coordination, logistics operations, and/or office management
  • Associates degree or additional education
  • Knowledge of medical technology is a plus
  • Familiarity with SAP Concur and/or BCD Travel is a plus

$29.45-40.42 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
