Operating Engineer - JLL

 

 

What this job involves:

The Operating Engineer’s technical responsibilities include the operations & maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment. Duties include all aspects of routine and emergency for buildings and grounds.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Required Qualifications:

• Shall have a minimum five years’ experience with a 3rd class steam engineer license
• CFC license
• 30-hour OSHA certificate.
• Must be able to pass law enforcement background screening
• Should have a working knowledge of building automation, system controls, HVAC/R and boilers.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must have general knowledge of industry maintenance and repair practices & Ability to work independently and plan work without direct supervision.

Union Local 99

Hourly Pay $44.79 + $2 Shift Differential Pay

Work Shifts:

SUN 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM

 

Estimated compensation for this position:

18,632.00 – 18,632.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
