Physical Therapist – Chester, MT

You’ll see patients of all ages, from toddlers taking first steps to older adults in their 90s. Your day could include helping a high school athlete recover after an injury, supporting stroke rehab, guiding post-op joint replacements, addressing balance and mobility concerns, or treating common farm-related injuries. If you like variety and find purpose in helping where you’re needed most, this role will fit you well.

We also understand that not everyone lives in Chester. We’re open to flexible scheduling options if you’re commuting from another town.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide skilled therapy across a wide range of conditions and ages

• Track progress, complete documentation, and adjust care as needed

• Collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues to support recovery goals

• Participate in department and community projects that strengthen rehab services

What You’ll Bring

• Current Montana Physical Therapy license

• Graduate of an accredited PT program

• Current HS AED CPR certification

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new software as needed

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
