The Opportunity:

CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for individuals who can deliver application development and support for NASA's enterprise business systems. Selected candidates will deliver and sustain capabilities in a fast-paced SAFe agile development environment. The candidate will serve as a leader in SAP development and sustainment activities, to include an upgrade to S4/HANA. The candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical lead in the project team and with customer leadership.

  • Support overall product/capability roadmap strategy and execution.

  • Research, identify, select, and test technology products in support of applications and systems development efforts, and recommends technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems flexibility.

  • Provide recommendations based on long-term development organization strategy and develops enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions, and features.

  • Ensure compatibility with existing solutions, infrastructure, services, and strategic requirements.

  • Plan and lead the upgrade and migration to S4/HANA.

  • Oversee technical team(s) with expertise in multiple disciplines including: BASIS, ABAP, UX design, integration/process orchestration.

  • Provide technical expertise to functional resources and software developers, driving the adoption of best practices across the team.

  • Provide recommendations supportive of the organization’s strategy for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements.

  • Coordinate architecture implementation and modification activities and assist in post-implementation sustainment and continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality.

  • Participate in patch/upgrade analysis and recommendations for deployment.

  • Participate in market research, analysis of alternatives (AoA), business case development, demonstration, installation, development, implementation, deployment, and sustainment.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

  • 12+ years leading solution delivery for US Government customers.

  • Prior SAP leadership experience, to include designing/developing SAP solutions for Federal Government customers.

  • Demonstrated SAP experience, including experience in the following modules: Financial Accounting (FI), Project Systems (PS), Controlling (CO), Plant Maintenance (PM) as well as Solution Manager and Basis.

  • Understanding of the US Government marketspace, with an emphasis on solution development consolidation.

  • Experience with cyber/system security supporting Federal.

  • Government systems and solutions.

  • Active Public Trust clearance with ability to obtain higher level clearance if needed.

  • Experience operating in an Agile/SAFE delivery environment.

Desired:

  • Prior project management experience on enterprise NASA programs.

  • Understanding of all process lanes (i.e., P2P, R2R, B2E, A2D, etc.)

  • Prior experience performing the required qualifications on Agile/SAFe programs.

  • Prior S4/HANA upgrade experience.

  • SAP and/or Agile professional certification(s).

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500-$210,100
