Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to repair, troubleshoot, and maintain SFC facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensures work is of highest standards and meets OSHA requirements.
  • Records required preventive maintenance data and maintains required records, including process monitoring / measurement devices.
  • Supports and implements SFC policies, work instructions, procedures, including the SFC Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Adhere to all OSHA standards and regulations, such as; Lockout/Tagout, NFPA 70E, and Confined Space.
  • Perform all other duties as directed by Maintenance Manager.

Other:

  • Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules
  • Must be able to work extended hours when required
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to troubleshoot PLC’s (Siemens) and Drives using laptop software, and interface adapters. (HIM’s)
  • May require a high school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years as an industrial electrician, and maintenance mechanic, or in the electrical and maintenance field.
  • Able to use various hand tools and electrical test equipment. (Digital Multi-meter)
  • Basic PC skills required to use a computerized maintenance management system.
  • Ability to follow directions and specifications.
  • Problem solving, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Additional Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

  • Basic welding and fabrication experience.
  • Have basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience with basic process instrumentation equipment.
