About the role:

Accenture Development Partnerships is looking for a Manager with the following skills for the development of the Argentine market for ADP, positioning it locally both internally and externally, as well as ensuring the successful delivery of projects in the country:

• Passionate about social and environmental impact
• Understanding of social impact ecosystem
• Project management experience – Agile a plus
• Well connected with their local leadership and management, specially with multilaterals with local and regional presence
• Strategic thinking and ability to define strategy for ADP in the country
• Client relationship and networking skills (client facing experience a must)
• Experience in business development (answering RFP, talking to prospect and internal teams)
• Delivery - Provide oversight to ADP projects ensuring quality and linking into latest thought leadership and capabilities from ADP globally
• People developer - Ability to inspire others to participate and support ADP (at all career levels)
• Proactive and able to work in autonomy+
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Accenture Sales process a plus

📍 IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid track record of at least 5 years of experience in client and market development. Preferably with knowledge in banking, multilateral organizations, and NGOs.
• Advanced English Level
• Bachelor´s Degree
• Must live in Buenos Aires
