HUB Great Plains is growing — and we're looking for a Vice President, Sales Executive to join our expanding Employee Benefits team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for a seasoned sales professional who brings a strong network, a consultative approach, and the drive to build a significant book of business across our five-state region of Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. This position can be located in any of our offices.

Include for MN postings only: The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $300,00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
