What you’ll be doing?

We are seeking a Senior Digital Strategist to lead digital marketing acquisition programs for hotel clients. You will consult with our clients to craft and execute innovative digital marketing solutions that drive customer acquisition to optimizing long-term growth, leveraging a deep understanding of their unique business needs and target markets. Your expertise across digital marketing channels such as paid advertising (PPC), online media, search engine optimization (SEO), and analytics will be essential in delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Digital Acquisition Programs: Own and execute digital marketing campaigns and corresponding strategies, including PPC, SEO, and online media, with the aim of acquiring and growing qualified website traffic and direct conversions for hotel customers across global regions, with a particular focus on APAC region.
  • Consult and Strategize: Partner with hotel clients to identify business objectives, assess their target markets, and develop creative, data-driven marketing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Analyze and Report: Deliver insightful program reports and analytics, interpreting performance data to demonstrate value and recommend enhancements.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed on digital marketing trends and industry benchmarks, proactively guiding clients on best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction through consistent communication, routine account management, and support in contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Present and Educate: Present comprehensive digital marketing acquisition plans to hotel clients and serve as their primary point of contact for troubleshooting and strategic guidance.
  • Leverage Partnerships: Collaborate with industry partners to optimize and activate digital marketing channels for client campaigns.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in B2C sectors with hands-on experience managing PPC and online media campaigns and SEO programs.
  • Ability to own customer relationship for digital marketing items, including the ability to present and explain digital marketing budget plans, campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights effectively to clients.
  • Ability to engage and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, including high-level external decision makers.
  • Familiarity with hotel branding, marketing or distribution will be a plus.
