Custody Operations Senior Analyst – Fixed Term Contract

Duration: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Working Hours: 7am – 3:30pm / 8:00am – 4.30pm (2 Weekend days per Month - Average weekly working hours per month is 40 hours)

The Purpose of Your Role

Fidelity Digital Assets Services℠ (FDAS) is an exciting new business unit that is focused on bringing emerging concepts to life in the digital asset arena and delivering those solutions to Fidelity clients and prospects. Within this, the Custody Operations team are responsible for reconciliations, settling client trades, facilitating movement of both fiat currency and cryptocurrency in and out of clients’ accounts, storing the cryptocurrency securely and maintaining the books and records platform. To be effective, you will work closely with the Client Service team, Execution Services, Implementation Managers, and the technology teams to ensure client requirements are met. With your knowledge and commitment, you will become a collaborative and resourceful member of the FDAS team, sharing best practices and driving successful results.

The Expertise We’re Looking or

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• 3+ years Operations experience working with reconciliations/ settlements or transaction processing.
• Proven knowledge of working in a SOC-1 (or equivalent) environment with a clear understanding of procedures and controls.
• Daily workflow management experience.
• Experience in supporting testing in UAT & Production environments.
• Strong attention to detail & analytical skills.
• Relationship building skills across team, business units, and peers.
• Proven delivery of world-class service experience.
• Proficient skills in various PC software applications to include Microsoft, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Cryptocurrency knowledge an advantage but not required.
