Job Description

As a Service Delivery Manager you will be a vital part of our service organization in Sweden, leading a local team of Field Service Engineers.

As the focal point for all operational service delivery related issues within the business areas of Precision Diagnostics and Image Guided Therapy, the Services Delivery Manager is responsible for executing the service delivery processes in the country ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsible for leading the team of Field Services Engineers ensuring high level of teamwork and engagement levels.

Your role:

  • Customer visits and communication around operational issues to assure high level of customer satisfaction

  • Recognize customer needs by managing escalations and ensuring that the delivered performance and services match the customer needs

  • People Management of Field Services Engineers (FSE) in the country

  • Assure that all issues raised during the product lifecycle starting from product installation to maintenance are resolved, escalation management and conflict resolution

  • Ensure training of new hires and FSE on ways of working, tools utilization, assuring change management related to implementation of new tools and customer services processes for the area

  • Responsible for service delivery operations compliance performance within the country and for reporting compliance issues to quality & regulatory functions at regional level

  • Utilizing LEAN techniques to drive operational efficiency improvements at the business and department level

  • The Service Delivery Manager will also hold the role as Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) including the practical activities to ensure the safe use of radiation and to maintain the safety of the team.

You're the right fit if:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification (master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Health or related field is an advantage)

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience managing a team of Field Service Engineers

  • Possess strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships and achieving results within complex organizations

  • Demonstrate technical expertise and a solid understanding of products and service operations within healthcare technology

  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; prior experience in the healthcare sector is highly valued


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is classified as a field role.
