In this role, you will be responsible for preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will also be responsible for:  

  • Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
  • Managing order processing with planners and delivery dates.
  • Requesting local billing.
  • Handling standardized products with pre-defined options.
  • Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set;
  • Handling targeted clients;
  • Discussing sales approach with manager.

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Local taxes knowledge (desired).
  • Experience with Power BI (desired).
  • Experience with SAP systems and processes (desired).
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of Spanish (desired)
