Are you passionate about exploring and defining how digital disruption influences business models, products, systems, and customer interactions? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for the digital strategy manager position at our company.

As a digital strategy manager, you will lead a team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. You will be responsible for implementing policies and strategies that align with our short-term goals (1 year or less) and address the challenges and opportunities of the digital transformation in the energy sector. You will also influence others outside of your own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital strategies that support our business objectives and enhance our competitive advantage in the market.
• Analyze and monitor the trends, drivers, and impacts of digital disruption on the energy sector and our customers.
• Identify and evaluate new digital opportunities, technologies, and partnerships that can create value for our company and our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and deliver digital solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage the digital portfolio and budget, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources and the achievement of performance indicators and targets.
• Communicate and promote the digital vision, mission, and values of our company internally and externally.

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, digital, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in digital strategy, digital transformation, or digital innovation roles, preferably in the energy sector or a related industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital strategies and solutions that deliver business results and customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Strong governance skills and ability to execute
• Highly creative and innovative, with a passion for exploring new ideas and
  opportunities in the digital space.
• Team player and leader, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire others.
• ​Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
