Job Summary

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing
insights to support decision-making processes. This Team Member will be assessing the financial performance
of the company, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve financial efficiency and
profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively
with various departments.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing
insights to support decision-making processes. This Team Member will be assessing the financial performance
of the company, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve financial efficiency and
profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively
with various departments.

Leadership and Functional Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for

  • improvement.

  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and

  • cash flow statements.

  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in the development of the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts.

  • Monitor actual performance against budget and forecasts, providing variance analysis and

  • explanations.

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate and realistic budgeting.

Treasury Management:

  • Analyze and support cash flow management as a second point of view of payments.

  • Intersect the operating bank accounts with internal processes to ensure consistent liquidity

  • availability.

  • Assist in the evaluation of debt financing opportunities.

Cost Management:

  • Analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

  • Monitor and report on key cost drivers and performance indicators.

  • Provide recommendations to optimize operational costs and enhance profitability.

Financial Operations:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

  • Maintain and reconcile financial records and accounts.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, including Accounting, Operations, and Sales, to gather relevant information and support decision-making.

  • Provide financial expertise and guidance to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Education and Skill Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
● Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
● Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
● Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Effective communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time in office position and may require long hours and may require weekend and nights work per events

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work

  • Light to moderate lifting is required

  • Ability to uphold the stress of traveling Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).

  • Ability to work in a confined area.

  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
