Description -
The Principal, Strategic Business Planning & External Engagement is a senior individual contributor responsible for enabling operational excellence across strategic planning, executive governance processes, and internal/external engagement activities. The role partners closely with executive leadership, the Business Office, Marketing, Finance, and corporate functions to drive alignment, coordination, reporting rigor, and execution of key business priorities. This position complements and supports Business Office leadership by improving operational effectiveness, visibility, and cross-functional integration across strategic initiatives

This role ensures leadership has a clear, consistent, and credible operating narrative internally to the ELT and externally to customers, partners, and the market. Success is measured by the quality of executive forums, clarity of strategic alignment, and confidence in leadership communications.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $154,400.00 - 227,750.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
