Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of project management activities that encompass the entire lifecycle of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, analyzing project performance, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively within a globally sourced delivery model. You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, all while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. - Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues. - Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. - Support the development and implementation of project management best practices and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation tools. - Ability to analyze project data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
