The Corporate Development Principal will play a key role in supporting Sabre’s strategic growth initiatives by providing essential financial and analytical support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and other corporate development activities. This role involves financial modeling, preparing presentations, conducting competitive analysis, and assisting in the execution of strategic projects with exposure to corporate and business unit leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and other growth opportunities. Perform valuation analysis, sensitivity testing, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
  • Presentation Preparation: Create high-quality presentations and reports for senior management. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance of all presentation materials.
  • Competitive Landscape Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning. Compile actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on market data and competitor activities.
  • Data Gathering & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources to support strategic initiatives. Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries for internal stakeholders and assist in decision-making processes.
  • Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of M&A transactions and strategic partnerships by coordinating due diligence activities, preparing transaction documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to refining and enhancing corporate development processes and tools. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in finance, corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields. Proven experience with financial modeling, valuation analysis, and strategic planning is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis, and Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations. Familiarity with data analysis tools and financial databases is beneficial.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Proactive, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Willingness to occasionally travel as needed.
