Job Summary:

Maintains, and facilitates all residency curricular components, including coordination of all departmental residency rotation schedules, curricular documents, and evaluation components.

Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities
  • Coordination and Scheduling.
    • Coordinates, facilitates, and maintains resident physician training schedules and rotation curriculum.
    • Serves as a liaison between all curricular rotations and the residency program.
    • Partners with residents and faculty to develop and update curriculum and schedules.
  • Project and Time Management.
    • Acts as the residency computer application "super-user", and coordinates all curricular and residency program evaluation components.
    • Facilitates and maintains scheduling and curriculum action items from program/departmental meetings.
    • Partners with project teams regarding grants and research related to residency rotations and schedules.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Associate's or Vocational degree required or
  • Must commit to enroll in an Associate's program within 6 months of hire and obtain an Associate's degree within four (4) years of hire required
  • Residency program administration experience preferred
  • 5+ years of previous administrative experience preferred
