Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert guidance on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. The day often includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping out customer journeys, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions implemented meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration efforts to ensure alignment with client goals and project timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and project contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data architecture.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data integration solutions.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and ensure data quality across platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL and data transformation techniques within Snowflake environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
