Position Overview: 

Brunswick Boat Group is seeking a dynamic candidate with strong analytical and leadership skills to support a multi-brand organization within focus area of customer experience business analytics to join our team. This role will analyze warranty, parts and customer insights trends as well as creating report, action plans, follow up and help support new process design and implementation for Boat GroupAdditionally, this role will serve as the single point of contact between Brunswick Boat group and Freedom Boat Club franchisees, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional serviceThe ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a teamwork mentality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Analyze trends for warranty, parts, vendors for all Brunswick Boat Group brands 

  • Analyze the performance of our distribution network 

  • Analyze global customer insights 

  • Analyze parts usage, monitor parts inventory and optimize efficiency 

  • Identify key priorities by brands and functions to address main opportunities for improvement 

  • Build reports, action plans, follow up and presentations in collaboration with key business partners 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Freedom Boat Club franchisees, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and identifying opportunities for process improvement, enhanced satisfaction and business development 

  • Support development of new processes and initiatives focused on product reliability and customer experience enhancement  

  • Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM 

  • Collaborate with internal teams at Brunswick corporation and Brunswick Boat Group, including all Brunswick brands, and Freedom Boat Club to provide accurate and timely information and solutions.

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field. 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience 

  • Proven experience in customer support and business analysis roles. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 

  • Leadership skills to be highly effective in a team collaboration role with high influence on brands and other functions 

  • Excellent follow-up skills

  • Experience in the boating or recreational industry 

  • Familiarity with CRM software and data visualization tools 

 

  • Hybrid (in the office 2-3x per week)  

The anticipated pay range for this position is $69,000 to $110,500, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a annual discretionary bonus. 

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
