As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business process needs and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project demands, ensuring that solutions are aligned with organizational goals. The position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand the functional aspects and translating them into effective software components. Attention to detail and adaptability are essential as the engineer refines and enhances applications to support seamless business operations and improve overall efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services, SAP Data Services Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Data Services Development.
- Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and migration techniques using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- BODS Designer (BODS ETL tool, S4HANA conversion E2E, SAP Stream FICO, OTC, Supply chain especially Transactional Data), Desing and build.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with designing scalable data solutions that support complex business requirements.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data service solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
