How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

The Supervisor will join the Creative Project Management team within Creative Brand Solutions, supporting Advertising Sales through tailor-made creative content linked to Disney brands. This role serves as the main point of contact for Sales in the assigned region, managing projects end-to-end—from brief intake to delivery—while coordinating internal and external teams, setting timelines, and ensuring high-quality execution. The position requires a proactive, highly organized professional with strong communication skills, creative judgment, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced advertising environment.

The Supervisor, Digital Producer will be responsible for:

  • Receiving client requests from Sales.
  • This includes reviewing the information provided, requesting any missing details needed for creative development, and negotiating timelines.
  • Internal coordination of project development, assigning responsibilities and setting deadlines based on the team’s ongoing workload.
  • Organizing information for all managed requests: documenting client details, dates, project owners, requestors, investment amounts, and other relevant data.
  • After idea approval, organizing the project for the production team and other stakeholders, overseeing deliverables and managing the overall project overview.
  • Updating and maintaining team tools such as Airtable, Sony, etc.
  • Attending client briefing meetings alongside Sales executives and the assigned creative lead.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within a creative services team.
  • (Preferred industries: media company, media/advertising/creative agency, or a communications or marketing department within a brand.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or related fields.
  • Excellent ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining effective communication and strong working relationships across all areas.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Project planning skills, including estimation, risk identification/mitigation, and change management.
  • Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • English: Advanced

  • Airtable: Advanced
  • Excel: Nice to have (Intermediate level preferred)
