Key accountabilities/Responsibilities

• メディカル戦略の立案に医療・科学的観点から貢献し、それに基づいたプロジェクトを遂行する
• メディカル戦略の立案において医療・科学的観点からMedical Leadにinputする
• 社内ステークホルダーに対して、医療・科学的観点からサポートする
• Medical活動やその他のNon-Promotional活動、Promotional活動が社内および国内外のガイドラインを遵守しながら、医学的・科学的に正しく遂行されることを担保する
• Key opinion leaderやKey authoritiesと科学的なディスカッションができ、良好なコミュニケーションをとる
• GSKの製品に対して、メディカルとして適切な情報提供をする
• 社外ステークホルダーとメディカル戦略を最大化するためのコミュニケーションをとる

Job purpose

Contribute to patient’s outcome from medical and scientific perspective. 

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Contribute to development of medical strategy with medical and scientific knowledge and implement medical project.
• Provide medical advice and input to medical lead in the development and implementation business strategies.
• Support internal stakeholders with medical and scientific knowledge.
• Ensure activities (medical, non-promotional and promotional) to be implemented following compliance and medical governance.
• Develop and facilitate relations with key opinion-leaders and key authorities and within the industry in general at a country level.
• Deliver medically appropriate information related GKS products.
• Develop communication with external stakeholders to maximize medical strategies.

必要な条件Basic Qualification

• Medical Doctor or Registered Pharmacist
• Master’s degree or above in Medical/Science
• Medical knowledge in both public health or cardiovascular metabolic disease/dementia

スキル Skill

• Project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• External medical expert management and engagement
• Small team management and practical coaching

経験 Experience

• Wider range or experience or knowledge in public health or cardiovascular metabolic disease/dementia
• External medical expert management and engagement in Pharmaceutical company or academia
• At least 3-5 years’ engagement in clinical research or clinical practice

• Experience in Copy Approval

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

• English: Business proficiency

• Knowledge of processes in evidence generation or clinical development
• Knowledge and expertise in modifying and developing policies.
• Ability to train internal and external stakeholders.
