Position Overview

Strategic Finance Vice President will work on finance projects, budget and pipeline analysis, new transactions/initiatives modeling and support other CFO initiatives. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Key role on the Strategic Finance team, including support for ATLAS’ annual budget and periodic forecasting processes
• Own ad hoc strategic finance projects, modeling and presentations
• Support new business initiative process, focusing on financial forecasting and modeling
• Partner closely with other areas of the organization including but not limited to Human Capital, Accounting, Treasury, Technology and Originations

Qualification and Experience

• 5-9 years of experience of strategic finance, FP&A or consultancy preferred; exposure to and experience in the accounting and finance functions or relevant education
• Strong understanding of banking and/or asset management highly preferred
• Qualified candidates with a BA/BS degree with a focus in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related fields required
• Excellent academic record with ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment.
• CPA a plus
• Ability to prepare and deliver reports to various stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Experience with SQL and Python a plus.
• Exemplifies high standards with regards to ethics and integrity
• Candidate must be self-motivated and willing to work in a team environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and presentation
• Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines

Base Salary Range

$150,000 - $225,000
