Position Responsibilities:

 

·         Meet regularly with agent to identify sales and service opportunities and advise on strategies to secure business

·         Deliver training programs with emphasis on selling and servicing techniques as well as products and systems

·         Recommend appropriate products for customer needs and recommend pricing based on competitive situation and present to and negotiate with clients as necessary

·         Ensure proposals and other technical documents and presentations are prepared as required

·         Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency to encourage sales, client services and retention opportunities

·         Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely delivery of services

·         Increase the penetration of Pension products in the field force.

 

Required Qualifications:

·         Degree holder 

·         At least 3-6 years of relevant work experience in both MPF and Group Medical industry, lesser experience will be considered for a junior position

·         MPF license is essential

·         LOMA qualifications

·         Mature, independent and out-going

·         Good interpersonal skills

·         Organized and attentive to details

·         Good communication and presentation skills

·         Strong customer focus

·         Good PC skill in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
