ArianeGroup GmbH in Bremen is looking for a ‘Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d)’ for the department ‘Recruitment, HR Marketing, Internal Mobility & Workforce Planning’ with immediate effect in part-time for a limited contract until autumn 2028.

You will join a dynamic, transnational team focused on recruiting and developing the employer brand. Within Human Resources, the HR Development Department defines all talent management policies and processes and contributes directly to the company's success. As a center of expertise, it interacts with numerous functions: HR Business Partner, information systems, legal services, procurement, communications, security, etc. as well as with a wide variety of external stakeholders.

Your main tasks and activities:

Your role involves working closely with managers and HR Business Partners to ensure the success of recruitment within your area of responsibility. You will implement recruitment action plans and lead initiatives to promote and fill vacancies at ArianeGroup, thereby ensuring the quality and efficiency of your recruitment efforts.

  • Responsibility for successfully filling a range of positions (permanent and fixed-term) across various business units, particularly in the areas of engineering and manufacturing (from job briefing until final selection of the candidate)

  • Performing relevant sourcing activities (publication, search engines, job dating, active souring, etc.) on various media channels

  • Tracking of KPI’s and ensuring they are met

  • Participate in projects to continuously improve recruitment activities

  • Contributing to digitalisation initiatives, including working with the HR Business Partners and the works council

  • Support for managers, HR business partners and the works council with any queries regarding the recruitment process

  • Giving presentations on recruitment topics to managers and HR business partners

  • Ensuring a good candidate experience

  • Participation in career fairs

You have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor- or Master Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources Management) or similar

  • Recruiting experience, especially on technically demanding positions in the industry

  • Very good knowledge of sourcing / recruitment tools and methods (e.g. LinkedIn, Workday)

  • An affinity for digital tools and an interest in technological and business developments

  • Enjoy working in an international team

  • Willingness to travel to France and other sites in Germany

  • You are outgoing, independent and keen to learn new things

  • Fluent German and English skills, French knowledge would be a plus

Few more words about our site of Bremen

This site, located on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Bremen in north-west Germany, has specialised in the development and manufacture of the upper stage of the Ariane launchers since the start of the programme. Its experts are responsible for the design, development and final integration of the Ariane 6 upper stage. They are also developing the Astris Kick Stage, an additional upper stage powered by the future reignitable bi-propellant engine called Berta, which will further enhance Ariane 6’s versatility. The Bremen site also produces metal tanks for the orbital propulsion systems.
