Fortrea is seeking a Collections Analyst, who will report to the Manager, Collections. In this role, the Collections Specialist II will be responsible for collecting on client invoices, working internally and externally to resolve disputes, and cash forecasting.
Summary of Responsibilities:
General A/R Collection responsibilities to include:
Responsible for Accounts receivable collection efforts on certain Clients
Manage Client invoice inquiries and communicate issues to Operations and Invoicing teams
Work with offshore Cash Applications team
Create and review Client statements
Appropriately escalate collections issues to upper management
Experience (Minimum Required):
Associates degree (equivalent degree or more advanced) or years of experience in lieu of degree acceptable
Minimum 1-3 years of professional working experience, working within Finance or Collections
1+ years of experience in an invoicing or accounts receivable role experience
Preferred Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s degree with finance or accounting specialization preferred
Excellent communication with the ability to work collaboratively to resolve problems
Motivated, proactive individual with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
