The Project Manager is a seasoned professional role. Deals with problems independently and has latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing project objectives, Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and disseminates information of process, policy and procedure changes and ensures the successful completion of managed projects.
Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.
Collects, measures, and analyzes project performance data.
Creates project schedule management plan.
Ensures corrective action is taken when project schedule variances occur.
Creates project cost estimates, tracks actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed.
Creates the project quality management plan.
Identifies project risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed.
Accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner.
Acts as a point of contact and liaison between department and required business areas for the implementation of activities to ensure accurate communication.
Regularly undertakes a review of processes, policies and procedures to identify process gaps and recommend process updates/ policy & procedure revisions.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in implementing process and product-related initiatives and projects.
Bachelor’s/University degree.
Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient communication.
Ability to prepare complex presentations.
Ability to set priorities and attention to details.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to synthesize data and propose/ present solutions.
Very good knowledge of MS Office, including MS Excel.
Fluent spoken and written English.
