Benefit Street Partners Real Estate division originates and manages commercial mortgage loans nationwide. The team of 80+ professionals combines deep origination and underwriting expertise to deliver proprietary deal flow. Core Responsibilities
You will manage daily activities of the commercial real estate loan portfolio.
You will upload transaction data and maintain internal systems.
You will reconcile data regularly to ensure accuracy.
You will troubleshoot upload errors and resolve discrepancies quickly.
You will collaborate to improve data entry and reporting processes.
You will assist with report generation and audit support.
You will create reports using business intelligence tools.
You will support account openings and Know Your Customer requests.
Experience, Education & Certifications:
8+ years of experience, including mentoring junior team members.
Strong knowledge of private credit, leverage, and complex fund structures.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with wire payments, deal lifecycle, and interest
benchmark.
Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas.
Experience with Yardi, iLevel, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage large data sets.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and clear communication.
