Required Job Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred OR equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating your user-centered design craft, user research methods, visualizations of complex experiences, storytelling, sketches, mock-ups, prototypes, etc.

- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, determine an actionable plan and move forward.
- Enjoys great design debates and thrives on iterating based on feedback.
- Experienced working in a fast-paced software development environment.
- Leads by example with a positive attitude and collaborative inclusive working style.
- Developing as a T-shaped designer with evidence of near mastery of one design or research discipline and beginning to develop skills in complementary design discipline.
- Naturally curious with demonstrated excellence in critical thinking and tackling complex situations and problems.
- Demonstrated excellence in written/verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience using modern design tools.
Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000
CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
