Please note:

Role Overview:

The Private Wealth Administrative Associate is responsible for providing ongoing administrative support for the Private Wealth team. The individual in this position will have a strong attention to details and will focus on accurately completing various ongoing tasks pertaining to supporting the front-end client experience within the Private Wealth business. This will include providing service to Fidelity Private Wealth staff in an efficient and professional manner.

What You Will Do:

Client Documentation

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation
  • Run client reporting on regular frequency
  • Quality control all system data
  • Ensuring any operational task is kept up to speed with regulations, policy & procedure and risk mitigation

Provide Operational Assistance

  • Liaise with the Custodian on day-to-day operational matters (Account opening, Transfer initiation and monitoring, client requests, reporting)
  • Create and manage client requests on the Custodial platform
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with regulatory requirements and adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Provide Support to Private Wealth Team

  • Assist with scheduling team meetings and events
  • Help onboard new relationship managers & support back-office operations with user setup on systems
  • Act as backup to the Private Wealth Associate
  • Learn client servicing with the hopes to progress to Associate Role

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience within Financial Services, specifically Private Wealth required
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service/Operations
  • Completion of a University Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite

The Expertise You Bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment crossing multiple channels and/or workstreams
  • Bilingual in French/English is an asset
  • Interest in automation and efficiency is an asset
