Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and develop the global BOP procurement team, including both direct and contracted (TCOE) resources.

  • Define, monitor, and deliver against key team KPIs, including on-time delivery, ITO budget accuracy, cost-out performance, NCR reduction, accounts payable issue resolution, and supply chain continuity.

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to build a high-performing and accountable team.

  • Conduct mid-year and year-end performance evaluations.

Project Procurement & Strategy

  • Oversee onshore and offshore procurement activities in collaboration with PPMs.

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of ITO budgeting and financial planning.

  • Collaborate with GCL and PPMs to identify and qualify new suppliers within the BOP scope.

  • Review and support the development of Engineering Procurement Plans (EPPs) and project-specific sourcing strategies.

  • Work closely with the Project Engineering Manager (PEM) and Project Manager (PM) to align purchasing strategies and sourcing concepts.

  • Validate and manage project budgets with the Project Finance Manager, resolving any allocation discrepancies.

  • Support PPMs in large commercial negotiations and competitive bidding processes in compliance with GE Vernova sourcing policies.

Execution & Compliance

  • Track and report KPI performance, ensuring adherence to contractual, documentation, and delivery requirements.

  • Oversee supplier quality and expediting processes to maintain performance visibility and control.

  • Ensure timely and accurate purchase order issuance within approved budgets.

  • Deliver SII and OP financial commitments and maintain updated forecasts in collaboration with supporting functions.

  • Partner with Contract Management to ensure vendor recovery, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.

  • Promote Lean principles and actively lead cross-functional Kaizen initiatives to drive process improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with GE Vernova’s quality, EHS, and integrity standards across all BOP procurement activities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On-Time Delivery (OTD): Achievement of project milestone delivery targets.

  • Cost-Out: Delivery of savings and cost reductions versus project budget.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • Significant experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or project management.

The base pay range for this position is $125K-$180K. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 2/6/2026, or thereafter. 

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $125,000.00 and $208,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
