Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Co-working with Product Marketing, Channel Team and Marketing Team
- Develop and implement national and customized channel promotions for all CE products.
- Understand well TIM, Cores, Promotion library and Procure to Pay system
- Analyze channel sell out and promotion pre-post evaluation, outlet by outlet and implement improvement plans.
- Sourcing Promotional Item, POSM thru TSE Procurement and local vendors pool by following company policy strictly
- Conduct and check competitive benchmarking, retail price comparison, competitor movement and feedback to Product Marketing and Channel Team.
- Analyze channel performance, shops performance and provide feedback to Product Marketing Managers and Sales Team.
- Identify and implement key KPI metrics for measurement of efficiency and resource allocation for Trade activities.
- Managing Retail innovation/Renovation project with Cheil. Develop visual merchandising tool, planogram guideline for smart table, and cabinet. Conduct shelf share audit and recommend improvement plans.
- Create synergy in Marketing data tracking, store capacity mapping, shops mapping and develop improvement plans.
- Retail Performance: Conduct shelf share audits, analyze retail execution data, and recommend actionable improvement plans to maximize brand presence. (New)
- Events & Activations: Manage and lead all new products launching events, consumer activations, and other marketing events for Samsung Consumer Electronics only. (New)
- Merchandising Compliance: Develop, document, and distribute clear merchandising guidelines and planograms. Conduct retail audits at Modern Trade (MT) and Traditional Trade (TT) to ensure high compliance with brand standards. (Justified)
- Manage marketing expenses within assigned budget.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications / Key Skills Required:
- Possess a degree or higher preferably in Business, Economics or Marketing.
- At least 5 years relevant marketing, business development experiences with technology/FMCG industry
- Experience in trade marketing emphasis on merchandising, promotion and partnerships
- Innovative and creative-ability to identify and evaluate creative ideas, focusing on those that will create competitive advantage
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment. High ability of problem solving.
- Familiar with retail environment, dealers and channel management
- Willing to learn, Confident, Honest, good team player and structural thinking.
- Strong business acumen, awareness of market and retail trends.
- Those with good analytical, mathematical and statistics abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel (Advance program)
